Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

For items that are in stock, we strive to ship them within 1-3 business days. For items that are backordered, on Pre-Order stage or Made On Demand, information regarding estimated shipping times can be found on our website on the product description page. Most products ship direct from our US-based fulfillment centers. For orders placed outside the US, estimated shipping delays could be up to an additional 7-10 days unless specified in the product description.

How does shipping work?

Le Projet works with artisans and manufacturers around the world to provide you the most awesome products at competitive prices.  We centralize most of our product arrivals at our US fulfillment centers; occasionally, however, we ship direct from a manufacturer. In this case, you may receive multiple packages.
